The wireless industry lobby group CTIA is opposing a California bill which bans throttling emergency service providers and is even going as far as threatening a lawsuit against California if the bill is passed. CTIA and the people who run Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, and Sprint are scum bag human beings.
